Introduction
At Rebounce, we are committed to delivering high-quality learning experiences that are practical, relevant, and career-transforming. However, we also understand that a program may sometimes not be the right fit. This Refund and Cancellation Policy is designed to ensure clarity, transparency, and fairness for all participants.
By enrolling in any Rebounce program, you agree to the terms and conditions set out below.
1. Applied Public Policy Lab (APPL) and Its Variants
(This includes the Analytics Track, Political Consulting Track, or any combinations thereof.)
Participants are eligible for a 100% refund if they submit a request:
- before the first session, or
- within 48 hours of the first session,
The first session may also be referred to as the “first masterclass,” “kick-off,” or “orientation session” — all such terms refer to the first scheduled session of the program.
No refund requests will be entertained after 48 hours of the first session.
For clarity: “First session” means the first scheduled session of the program, regardless of whether the participant actually attends it. It does not mean the first session the participant happens to attend.

4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, participants must send an email to connect@rebouncecareers.com with the following details:
- Registered name
- Contact details
- Registration date
- Invoice
- Name of the program
- UPI ID
Requests will only be considered valid if sent through the above channel.
5. Deferment / Migration Requests
A deferment or migration is not a right provided for under this policy. It is not guaranteed, and Rebounce reserves the right to decline any such request at its discretion.
Where a deferment request is approved, it will be:
- Subject to clearance of all outstanding dues, and
- Subject to the approval of Rebounce management.
Any accommodation of such a request is made purely as a one-time goodwill gesture, at Rebounce’s sole discretion, and does not create any obligation on Rebounce or set a precedent for future cases.
On this basis, where a request is approved, Rebounce may pause the participant’s enrollment and resume it in a future batch/cohort, subject to the following:
- Responsibility to reach out: It is the participant’s responsibility, not Rebounce’s, to reach out and request enrollment in a future ongoing cohort once ready to resume. Rebounce will not proactively track or initiate this on the participant’s behalf. This request should be made ahead of the relevant batch’s start date.
- No guarantee of unchanged terms: Rebounce cannot guarantee that the program’s structure, curriculum, or pricing will remain unchanged. Either may be revised in the interim.
- Resumption in good faith: Subject to the above, resumption will be accommodated in good faith and to the best extent possible, based on the terms and conditions in effect at the time the participant reaches out.
6. Program Downgrade Requests
For the purposes of this policy, a “downgrade” means removing your enrollment from one or more tracks within a program you had previously enrolled in (e.g., a multi-track program), while continuing your enrollment in the remaining track(s). A downgrade is distinct from a full refund and is treated separately under this policy.
Downgrade requests can only be entertained up to 7 days after the first session of the program you enrolled in. No downgrade request will be accepted after this 7-day window.
For clarity: “First session” carries the same meaning as defined in Sections 2–4 above — the first scheduled session of the program, irrespective of whether or not the participant actually attends it, and irrespective of terms such as “first masterclass,” “kick-off,” or “orientation session.”
Where a downgrade request is approved within this window:
- Installment payments: The remaining installment amount(s) will be adjusted to reflect the revised fee for the retained track(s).
- Full payments: The eligible difference between the amount paid and the revised fee for the retained track(s) will be refunded, subject to Sections 5–6 above (refund request process, timeline, and mode, including deduction of transaction charges, payment gateway fees, or applicable taxes).
7. Enrollment After Program Kick-off
Where a participant enrolls in a program after it has already commenced (i.e., after the program’s kick-off/first session, as defined in Sections 2–4 above, has already taken place), refund and downgrade requests will be entertained only up to 48 hours from the date of enrollment, without any exceptions.
This 48-hour window applies in place of the timelines set out in Sections 1–4 and Section 9 for such participants. No refund or downgrade request will be accepted after this window, regardless of the number of sessions attended or missed.
8. Refund Timeline and Mode
- All eligible refunds will be processed within 5 working days from the date of approval.
- Transaction charges, payment gateway fees, and any applicable taxes will be deducted from the refunded amount.
- If the participant has availed any CV reviews, one-on-one sessions, or any other career-related support or guidance prior to requesting a refund, a standard deduction of INR 5,500/- will be made from the refund amount in lieu of the services already provided. This deduction applies even where the refund request is otherwise made within the applicable timeline.
9. Other Terms and Conditions
- Enrollment cancellations prior to the program start date are eligible for a full refund, subject to deduction of transaction charges (if any).
- Once the applicable refund window (as defined above) has passed, no refunds or cancellations will be processed under any circumstances.
- Partial refunds will not be issued for missed sessions, delayed participation, or partial completion of the program.
- Switching between tracks or programs is not permitted where it implies a refund, credit, or fee adjustment.
- Rebounce reserves the right to make changes to program schedules, session structures, or faculty. Such changes will not be considered grounds for a refund.
- By enrolling, the participant acknowledges and agrees to abide by this policy in its entirety.
6. Final Authority
In case of any disputes, ambiguities, or situations not explicitly covered under this Refund and Cancellation Policy, the decision of Rebounce Careers Pvt. Ltd. management shall be final, binding, and non-contestable.
